OurScreen is launching with a simple refund policy so early customers can try the app with confidence.
30-day refund window
If you buy an OurScreen paid plan and it does not fit your workflow, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
What is covered
The 30-day refund window applies to the OurScreen yearly launch plan and the limited Founder Lifetime offer for the core local Mac app.
How to request a refund
Email support@ourscreen.app with the email address used at checkout and a short note saying you want a refund. We may ask for the order reference if we cannot locate the purchase from your email address.
Processing
Payments and refunds may be handled by our merchant of record or payment provider. Once a refund is approved, the exact timing depends on the payment method, bank, and provider processing timelines.
License access after refund
When a refund is issued, the related OurScreen license may be cancelled or deactivated.
Abuse and exceptions
We may decline refund requests that are outside the 30-day window, connected to abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or repeated refund behavior.
